The personalization options let me pick my own font, which I didn't expect to be able to do. Typed in the exact wording I wanted and it came out looking exactly how I pictured it. Nice to have that much control instead of just choosing from preset designs.
Getting my initials engraved on the item was way easier than I expected, and the customizer let me adjust the placement before checking out. The personalization showed up exactly as I designed it, no typos or weird spacing.
The live preview updated instantly as I tweaked the font, so I knew exactly how my text would sit before checkout. Personalizing it only took a minute, and every character came out exactly where I placed it. Ordering a second one for my sister.
