The Verum Videre Special Edition features the cards from the Kickstarter Exclusive Edition with a new black tuck with Silver Foiling. In addition the Special Edition has a red, numbered seal. Non-Gilded
Didn't expect the silver foiling on the black tuck to catch light like it does, it looks way sharper in person than in the photos. The cards themselves are exactly what backers got in the exclusive edition, so it's nice to finally own that deck without paying resale prices.
The numbered red seal is a classy touch that makes the deck feel like a collector's item right out of the box. Cards handle smoothly and the black tuck with silver foil looks sharp on the shelf.
The silver foiling on that black tuck really pops in person, way more than in the product photos. I was expecting a standard finish, but the feel of the cards is noticeably premium, and the red seal adds a nice collector's touch without being gaudy.
